gammae / famedollars. bye after 15 years, because of "support"
 
so ... i have lost email i have registered with on my gammae account. famedollars wanted from me to reset password, but, it came to the email i do not own anymore and cannot own it at the moment. happenned 2+ years ago. since then, i been trying 15+ times, via all possible contacts, to get in touch with gammae support, even my friend tried from his affiliate area with ticket, nobody ever fucking cared, nobody ever got back to me or him, even i have been begging so hard to have access to my account so i can start promoting their new sites.

nothing, 2+ years, nobody from gammae/famedollars support cared to get back to me.

now, they want new kyc, they contacted me, on my new email i used for previous conversation, so they know about my new email, but, never cared to help me with my account. so, sent them kyc, received info they received my kyc data and i will get answer if my kyc got approved in like three days. its over two weeks, nobody fucking cares ...

now, i asked that kyc support, who to ask to get help with my account. they said, michael, contact michael! so i did, michael got back to me asking what do i need, i explained him exactly what is my problem, he said he will look into it. all i need is to change email on my account, so i can reset pass and login again. after three days, michael quiet, i asked what up, got answer "Yes, I am working on it.". another working days gone, michael not asnwering, quiet, again. so ...

Michael from gammae support, and whole gammes support, FUCK OFF!!! you killed my 15+ years of cooperation with gammae, i am sending stable sales, getting rebills, all been good, since you disgusting lazy pigs had to do something for me, and never did anything!

gammae support, most disgusting parasites and lazy bastards of the industry! shame on you, you are killing someones hard work, and he did not even maybe know, i mean owner of gammae, you are killing his hard with your lazy non working shit! fuck off!!!

btw gammae, you owe me money, so far, nobody cared to answer me about my account, so i take it as you do not want to pay, so gammae, so far now you are thieves, and thanks to your support! sorry ... after 15+ years ... gammae support, fuck off and burn in hell, lowlife scumbag idiots!

btw: i have been nice all the time, but if someone is showing you middle finger, after two years enough is enough ...

please, if someone have some better contact, over support, as i cannot get over these support idiots, send this please to someone who can do something about these assholes. actual support is killing nice program and have to be fired and replaced ... :2 cents:

I was with them for over 20 years until last year when they canceled my account due to inactivity. I didn't even bother to send them an email anymore. I'm tired of being given the runaround and dealing with support desk workers.

My account was also blocked overnight after several years of cooperation. And it happened thanks to the decision of some Russian woman who is in the management. Each support member interrupted the conversation after hearing her name :D. Russian respect lol.

I'm surprised about your bad experience with them. I got some issues with password or kyc in the past, and got in touch by mail. Got an answer the day after and someone from their team, I think Joel if I remember helped me figure that out and was super super kind and reactive and helpful. Never had issues with payments nor with support.
