Best places to find talent for a new comer
 

I am looking to start up producing porn videos. What are the best resources you have found for finding female talent? What are going rates for an average shoot? Right now I'm just looking to cut my teeth with this as a hobby so perfect looks, skill, profit and niche are not huge factors for me. Right now I'm mostly interested in solo and B/G content. I have tried my luck with some adult entertainment agencies but they either ignore or tell me I need to be a legit studio for their performers to work with me.

Also, any tips, tricks or techniques when reaching out to potential talent on Reddit and Fetlife are appreciated.
