I am looking for free, royalty free music, but anyone and everyone has "adult" mixed up with other things, and makes it against the terms of use.

Where do you take free, royalty free background music?

Somewhat related, but recently a few hosting providers that I've used in the past are no longer allowing adult sites. It is unfortunate that Internet is being ruined by self-regulation. </rant>
