Well, guess what. He or the clowns that he hired are filing DMCAs. Looks like his ex-wife's content , the girl with huge knockers and tattoos - Jenique or something like it, is what they are after. Unbelievable. 12 year old content.

Cant you counter the dmcas with your lcense?

They are going only after one model or all of the content?

I guess it can be countered with the license.

But as long as it´s not about all models and just one out of these couple hundreds, it´s not a huge drama.

Just checked and yes, I bought that content from NaughtyRob, including a license doc I got after request.

It seems to be a German model.
I see 60+ photo sets and 3 lesbian vids.

Never used that content so far....

Couldn´t find model release at first, but now found it separated from her ID folder.
Model release is from 2008, EH Media LLC.

I'm only taking down a few videos featuring Jennique for which I own rights to. I purchased rights to them years ago.

I won't be sending a DMCA for picture sets or the lesbian videos that were sold non-ex.

I'm surprised you noticed these takedowns... Did you get one?

I am getting a lot of DMCAs from content handed out to affiliates. Seems a lot of these women did porn or semi nude content and no regret it and are demanding it's taken down. I just remove the content without question at this point.
