1-2 Year of Account Management / QA
Creation of sexting scripts(include examples)
Reddit Experience

📍Responsibilities:
Acting as a right hand man to the executive team
Communicating directly to the models as a liason between the models and the chat team
Auditing, Coaching, Sourcing Chatters
Analyzing model's content, to create new content suggestions for both OF and social media

💎Quality Analyst

Pay: 5 USD / hour paid on the 5th and 20th

📍Experience Required:
-1 Year Chatting and
-1 Year of QA experience

📍Responsibilities:
⁃ Quality assurance on chatting of the OF account (grading conversations based on the Company’s SOP, English, and other guidelines)
⁃ One-on-one shadowing/ training/ meetings with OF account’s chatters
⁃ Daily meetings with the Executives to discuss Account Analytics and chatter's performance
⁃ Provide weekly/monthly performance reviews for chatters working on OF accounts
Developing Chatting Scripts
