Chatcontrol Law, Mass Surveillance in the EU

Europe tries to become China 2.0 or even 3.0.
They are going to vote to implement chatcontrol.

The government will scan all; email, whatsapp, messenger, facebook, everything!
And encrypted messages are forbidden.

The European Commission is working on a legislative proposal called chat control. If the law goes into effect, all EU citizens will have their communications monitored and audited. Now is the time to stop it.

So we have it all:
Chatcontrol, Age Verification, Vaccine Mandates, CBDC, government checking all spendings above 100 euro, cash payments above 3000 euro forbidden, social media forbidden under 14/16 years.

Looks like everyone is getting ready for World War 3.
Normally people would fight for freedom.
But what "freedom" are you fighting for, if there is no freedom.

If this legislation becomes a reality, the EU will demand that all companies offering digital services comply with Chat Control to fulfill their obligations. All digital companies will need to make sure that AI tools are scanning all their user communications for CSAM or sexually related communication between adults and children. Then, they will either need to review the material themselves or send it to a new EU center that will need to be built (we have many dystopian suggestions for its name, but we’ll save that for later).

‘Who Benefits?’ Inside the EU’s Fight over Scanning for Child Sex Content

An investigation uncovers a web of influence in the powerful coalition aligned behind the European Commission’s proposal to scan for child sexual abuse material online, a proposal leading experts say puts rights at risk and will introduce new vulnerabilities by undermining encryption.

The regulation would obligate digital platforms – from Facebook to Telegram, Signal to Snapchat, TikTok to clouds and online gaming websites – to detect and report any trace of child sexual abuse material, CSAM, on their systems and in their users’ private chats.

The organisation, Thorn, develops artificial intelligence tools to scan for child sexual abuse images online, and Johansson’s proposed regulation is designed to fight the spread of such content on messaging apps.

The organisation, Thorn, co-founded in 2012 by the movie stars Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore.

Are they starting to do this or just admitting that they do it and want to pass a law for it?
Governments will spy on anything they can get into and get away with.

:2 cents:

They tried to sneak it through the EU commission. Just after the elections from last week. Cause than nobody pays attention.
And Belgium who is in charge this term (almost finished) wanted it.
Now they will probably talk about it coming weeks.
Hungary will be the "leader" of the EU next term.

Cybernetics, the internet. Planned since the 1940s or earlier. Technocracy. Bastards.

Where there's a postal service, can create and use manual encryption only sender and receiver know. Pick one page from a book, make a coded alphabet. Easily breakable but better than nothing.

Some places already have no daily mail delivery. China being one.
