How to bypass youtube copyright identified for old TV shows?
I see same episode already uploaded for many years, but I try to upload mine and its blocked by BBC (British broadcast company not your bf) . Right away. If I upload shorts, let say 3 out of 5 will be blocked, 2 will go fine. How do I deal with this? Copyright already passed on these old balck and white shows.

You used to be able to 'mirror flip' the image. Not sure if that still works these days...
BBC is a pain though. I used a 3 min clip from 1968 within a 18 min video about local history. It was a video about a historical event, and none of the other news items referenced caused an issue. But of course, the BBC 'auto Detected' it, and claimed all future revenue from the entire video! Not worth the argument as the video had been up a couple of years and earnt whatever it was really going to earn, but still... BBC are dicks... :2 cents: |
The easiest bypass is by not posting copyright material.

If it's because of it detecting copyrighted audio, like Nintendo does, you used to be able to get around that by using an editor and changing pitch to +1, then try it, then if not do -1, then +2, -2, etc until it works.
But then eventually you can still get found out, like how Nintendo got YT to direct all of my ad money to them.. |
