I presume these sites aren't all owned by the same person, so who is doing these styles of logos?

The designers on GFY I have seen, don't provide these types of logos ( No offence but the portfolios dont show them )

Try fiverr. Search Cartoon, Game logos. You could get something similar for $200.

I've tried so many. A lot of them won't work on porn for religious reasons. I searched by USA and a lot of them are Indian guys putting the country as USA because they think people will pay more for an American designer :D

I have had many milkshake font style logos created off that site. Find someone you like and search for contact info off the site.
