What payment gateway do you recomment with low fees?

CCBill fees seems to be on the high side, any other alternative?

I've worked with RocketGate, CCBill, PrimeOrange, and Epoch. With high-risk, it's always going to be expensive.

Most of my knowledge is from the software side, but my understanding is that, depending on your volume, a merchant account and a gateway who supports a merchant account is going to be your most financial beneficial option.

I use Paypal all the time.

How do you do it for the adult business?
