Western Law prohibits marriage between more than two people. However, non-marital polyamorous relationships seem to be becoming more popular in the UK, but still only about 1% of the population here in Britain.

While very rare, multiple marriages do exist. The marriage of the first one is registered with the civil authority and the additional marriages are simply contracts maintained between both parties.

The marriage of a man with several women is called Polygyny. The wedding night must be exhausting. :stoned

Nowadays you don't need to marry all the women you like in order to have sex with 'em . . .

Genesis 2:24
Marriage is a union between one man and one woman, and it's meant to be a permanent bond. Married couples should be unified in every way, and the man should leave his parents to cleave to his wife. |
