Could you please see if you can view any of our sites because they are down. I've asked some members of the sites if they can view them. 5 have said yes and they are from the US. 2 have said no and they are from the UK.

Thanks for letting me know that. It's a strange problem because some members in the UK can view the sites but some can't. I can't view them at all. I can view other porn sites. My browser is up-to-date and I've tested it out on quite a few browsers and also on my mobile phone and iPad. Mojo Host are looking into it but so far they have said that non of my sites are down:

It's a strange problem. Hopefully Mojo Host can fix the issue. At least I can let them know that other people in the UK can't view the sites.

Thanks very much for letting me know. So the problem seems to be only affecting people in the UK. Quite a lot of members in the UK can view the sites. But so far 8 who I've emailed have the same problem.

Mojo Host have asked us to ask those who can't see the sites to let us know what their ISP is. Would you mind letting me know who provides your Internet? Are you using Wi-Fi at home? If so who is your ISP? Or are you using mobile data? Thanks.

If you're worried about uptime, I usually get all of my clients on StatusCake. I still recommend them, even after they shut down their affiliate program.

The free package is well worth it, and I have some clients who pay a little extra for SMS notifications. You can set the server locations I believe, so you can get more feedback from various locations.

The problem has been fixed by Mojo Host!

Thanks to everyone who replied and tested to see if they could view the sites. It's really much appreciated and was a big help. Mojo Host fixed the problem quite quickly. They were able to replicate the problem using the specific configuration of Opera+built-in VPN. On the server they restarted the Apache web service and that fixed the problem. They told me that it was a rare problem. It was just affecting some members in the UK within a small IP range.

The Apache is being reloaded every night as part of the log rotation on the server. They think it might be that some module silently failed during the reload. But it's a rare problem so most likely won't happen again. If it does it will be an easy fix.

What a way to get free traffic. Just kidding. I'm glad you've solved the problem ;)
