Probably something from CapCut at a guess, but I'd like to get similar to use in GIMP...

I tried searching "Bold White Caps With A Border And Imperfections" but have had no joy - Cheers!

Looks like it may be one of the Blambot sites fonts.

I had that font as a logo of mine for 15+ years and never knew what it was. I think MGK made it for me.

I'm pretty sure it's "Broken Detroit" with some black edge.
