Paxum’s strange rule is blocking USDT withdrawal

Hi, can someone help me understand Paxum's strange requirement for withdrawing USDT TRC20?

1. Conduct Small Transactions: To ensure that your wallet gets registered on the blockchain network, you can start by conducting small transactions. Sending and receiving a small cryptocurrency transactions can help your wallet address become visible on the blockchain. This initial activity helps propagate your address through the network, ensuring it gets recorded in the blockchain's ledger.

I’ve already completed the following steps:

1. Created a TRON wallet on an exchange.
2. Sent TRX to activate the wallet.
3. Transferred USDT (TRC20) to the wallet successfully. The balance is visible.

Now, Paxum is requesting a transaction history for the withdrawal. I’ve completed all KYC requirements, and my wallet is active and receiving funds. Despite this, Paxum is refusing to process the payout, which seems unnecessary and suspicious. Can someone clarify why this transaction history is required? Thanks.

Did not have to provide that even the first time of withdrawal.
But after a few such withdrawals, they started asking for KYC every month.
Where did you get the money from? (It was coming from the same company for the last 5 years.)
The invoice from that company.
The contract.

The same documents after every transaction, otherwise, the services will be disrupted.

My past few USDT (ERC20) withdrawals were instant.

Latest one is still pending after about 40 minutes.

The above messages make me think that Paxum staff are now manually approving (and rejecting) crypto transfers?

Sounds like they're trying to game the payout system... When you keep losing banks like crazy, there's an issue somewhere.

Maybe thay need someone to pay money in before they can pay out to you? So just waiting for that?

Nearly 48 hours now.

"We apologize for the extended wait. The delay is due to a technical issue that is currently being addressed. Unfortunately, transactions cannot be canceled at this time, but they should be processed shortly."

So, I guess they're saying... like... the money is in motion?

At some point you guys need to find an alternative on your own. If the usual happens, gonna be hard to feel bad.

We've all been here, done this. Paxum has lasted the longest from my experience, plenty of time to rearrange the furniture before...

As an affiliate, I have little choice. Sender has control.

I'd love for the program to change to something more reliable. They used to offer cheques and wires, but now they only offer Paxum and some other obscure "dodging this week's regulation changes" money mover.
