I hate it when sites change their affiliate platforms
If it aint broken, why fix it? And they always pretend they are doing it for the affiliates, as if we enjoy having to change all our links and set up new campaign codes and the like.
VR pay sites seem to be the worse for doing this. VRBCash has changed to UnzipVR. Discovered it on Xbiz, despite sending them over 2,000 sales over the last 6 years. |
:Oh crap:Oh crap:Oh crap:Oh crap

Concur. And asking affs to reapply is the kicker.

I emailed them a week ago (VRBCash) asking if I needed to sign up again, or whether my account was going to be transferred. Still no reply.
A couple of years ago when I was on the first page of Google for 'best vr porn site', I was getting emails from their rep every week asking why I didn't have them as number one on my list. |

re
They stated in their emails that you could use your old signin info on the new site but when I try it doesn't work.........

members and stats should be moved to unzipVR, just reset the password from VRB on unzip and you will be fine

That might well be true. I sent him an email and he replied back to me last night, giving me the same info as the previous poster. Yeah, he has always been a good affiliate rep for me in the past too. |

I don't think VRBCash are doing this, but I'm sure some of the seedier sponsor programs have done it for that reason in the past. I remember when Lovehoney sex toy program decided to move to a new program, giving affiliates just a couple of weeks to change links. Obviously, promoting individual sex toys, you will have loads of different links to change, even on one site. The kicker was that it was a month before Christmas, the best time of the year for sales. |
