I want to do offline promotion for my Live Cams Whitelabel. Ok, making a flyer and giving it to events is the simple way.

Any other ideas, please?

Yes, and stick them in a highly foot trafficked area, where there already are QR codes, and people expect to see them. Think of an exhibition senario - Place your QR codes over the official QR codes if possible too...
