Breaking News: ⚠️ Emily Willis $5 million defamation lawsuit against Gianna Dior gets a new trial date! it seems Emily Willis will have her day in court, despite being in a coma.

A coma that may have at least partially been caused by the circumstances which brought about the lawsuit in the first place.

I'm not saying Gianna Dior and Adria Rae caused Emily Willis to almost die, but if the story is true, the stress they caused her may have played a part.

recall in an earlier thread I listed ed as one of the things that could cause cardiac arrest (esp bulimia) in someone young, obvs had no idea what had happened to Ms Willis though

anorexia and bulimia have by FAR the highest death and physical complications rates of any mental illness. a lot of people don't realize how dangerous they are, or they find out but by then it's too late and the disorders(s) are entrenched

being the target of bullying and fucking with one's income by the spread of false stories would def be a factor in relapse or escalation for someone struggling with ed. extreme bullying can even play a role in causing an ed in some, so while Dior isn't directly responsible for the current condition of Willis, no doubt her behaviour played a role in getting her there

know the lawsuit isn't about that, but this is defamation that caused harm. hope Ms Cooper wins the case on her daughter's behalf and that Emily will wake up one day to celebrate winning and moving on to a new chapter of her life

It really is a sad story all around. Emily Willis is a very sweet girl who didn't deserve the constant bullying by her co-workers. Sad sad sad.
