Natural Domain name utilization

Hi
New here and want to publish/develop Natural Looking for help and advise to get it up and running and start making a few dollars from it... any help would be appreciated, Ive been told to
Monetization Options for Natural
Sell the Domain Outright

Quick Sale: Selling the domain outright for £100,000 gives you immediate capital. Given the domain's value as a one-word ".xxx" domain, this price is reasonable for a buyer looking to capitalize on the natural niche in the adult industry.
Pros: Fast access to funds, no long-term involvement.
Cons: You miss out on potential future revenue if the domain appreciates or becomes a high-traffic site.
Lease the Domain

Lease with Monthly Income: Leasing the domain for £3,000 per month with a 40% revenue share gives you steady, recurring income while allowing the lessee to build out and operate the site.
Revenue Potential: If the site performs well, your 40% cut of profits can add up quickly, especially with the right affiliate programs and monetization strategies in place.
Pros: Recurring income, maintaining long-term control of the domain.
Cons: You rely on the lessee’s ability to develop the site and drive traffic. If they don’t perform, the revenue share could be lower than expected.
Sell a Partial Stake (49% Ownership)

Equity Share with Future Upside: Selling 49% ownership of the domain gives you cash upfront while retaining majority control. You and the buyer would split profits and potentially sell the business together once it is optimized and profitable.
Long-Term Gains: If the site grows and starts bringing in strong revenue, a future sale could result in a much higher valuation, allowing you to cash out at a premium.
Pros: You still retain control and get to share in the site's future success.
Cons: You’re committed to the long-term project of growing the site and splitting future profits, which may involve more effort on your end.
Develop the Site Yourself and Monetize

Build & Optimize: Developing the domain yourself can increase its value significantly. You can aggregate content from content providers, work with affiliate networks, and offer premium memberships.
Revenue Potential: Once the site is optimized and driving traffic, you could generate £20,000-£50,000 per month from affiliate commissions, subscriptions, and pay-per-view content. After this, you could sell the site as a business for a much higher price, potentially 3-5 times its annual profit.
Pros: Full control over development and revenue, higher long-term payoff.
Cons: Requires upfront investment, time, and effort to develop and optimize the site.
Industry-Specific Considerations
Affiliate Programs: The adult industry has high-paying affiliate networks like CrakRevenue, ManyVids, and Chaturbate. Commissions can range from 30-50% per sale or offer high payouts (up to £150 per sale), making affiliate marketing a lucrative option.
Subscription Models: Premium content sites with a niche audience (like "natural" content) can attract loyal subscribers willing to pay monthly for exclusive access.
One-Word Domains: Domains like natural.xxx are rare, and the ".xxx" extension adds even more value in the adult sector. Comparable high-demand domains have sold for six and seven figures.:thumbsup

Your shit is only as worth as however much someone is willing to pay for it.

No one is going to pay that much £ for NATURAL.XXX.

Ain't no way, Jose... lay off the crack pipe. IMHO, OP.

As a former owner of thousands of domains and having brokered hundreds for 3rd parties, I agree that your "ask" is way off by alot.

Without doing a proper analysis and determining it's best use and potential buyer, I would give you a guess-timate that the cap is around 10 to 15000 USD.

AGree with Nalem = that's impossible for anyone with sensibility to even consider that and XXX domains are not as valuable as you think. Go through a broker if you must to get a proper assessment rather than your own and guarantee you'd be lucky if they even take the business

What drugs are you on man?

INever 09-23-2024 09:12 PM

xxx domains are filtered out of search.

TurboB 09-24-2024 01:13 AM

The domain has zero backlinks, zero traffic and it is registered on 2024-09-05.
I would not take it for free.

http://natural.xxx is what your profile says - why haven't you gone for https://natural.xxx?

The value of your website comes down to three things: The income you generate (and where that income comes from) Your website's traffic (and the quality of that traffic) Additional added value (e.g., backlink profile, social media audience, or email list) NOT potential. If you're wanting to sell this eventually you'll need to show all of the above to determine
