Hey look, a shitty website with no traffic that anyone could make in an hour or two using an obscure cms no one has ever heard of. I'm sure you'll get tons of offers for it!

I would add more content and optimize titles and descriptions and then just let it sit for 12 months and when possible exchange some links. Try got get at least some traffic from google so you have something to sell.
