Stripchat crons ?
 

So stripchat models stopped being parsed on my mech bunny cam aggregator script site like 3 days ago. I asked my host if the crons are working properly but they replied they don't see any crons working for stripcash/stripchat so Im thinking they may be using some other domain.

Anyone can suggest what should I tell my host to look for working or not working stripcash crons ?

Have you created and added Stripchat API key for the domain? New version of Stripchat's API requires you create and use a unique key for every domain. At Stripcash admin:

Services => API For Domain => enter domain and create key

Enter the key in your CMS for Stripchat.

They seem to be still working :2 cents:

That's using the old API.

OP says he's using Mechbunny. Assuming he's updating his instal, couple updates back in May, release notes for Mechbunny confirm:

He'll still have code for the "last legs" old API if hasn't updated his instal since May. Either way, not updating it makes little sense.

Thanks, I believe Im using the API key, Im suspecting the crons are not working, but dont know what to tell my host what they should look at.

Did you set Stripchat back to Enabled? The update to new API sets it to Disabled.

Looks like you have both fields filled, including the API key. There's only a single cron set for any domain with Mechbunny, which accesses cronFetchPerformers.php.

But you can see if your cron is working and when it last successfully ran for any provider from the Mechbunny admin.

Manage APIs => API Last Result [blue square to right of any sponsor]

Click it for any sponsor and you should see result of last successful run of cronjob for that provider. The record only includes the first 1000 characters of response from API. But it includes a timestamp. If the cron is getting results from API, it should look like:

If you check it five minutes later, the Last Cron time should update. Should be able to see the last time the cron successfully returned results from API if it's days ago.

You also got debug options in menus which can be activated, and will often give you a msg where/when something's up. Don't forget to turn debug off after any checks.

Thanks , but i have everything enabled, API last result gives recent result. It just stopped working like that. Also LiveJasmin does not work at all. So Im left with working streamate and chaturbate.

If API last result gives current timestamps for Stripchat and LiveJasmin and data like the example I posted, then the cronjob is not your problem - means it did what it's supposed to do, ran the files which make the calls to provider APIs and got back results.

Debug modes will not necessarily find/display your particular problem. And if you're not confident in using them, probably best leave alone.

Think your best/fastest bet is to contact konrad or use the Mechbunny support form. Nobody will be able to suggest where to look or to actually fix your issue, if it comes to that, better than the author. Mechbunny support is very good.

Ok it started to work again. It seems that there is different API key for www. and http://
for each domain, I changed to www. and it works !

uses new api route, i dont like the new one being used, as it has a streamed video page, not the interactive chat page instead.

That actual issue is that you were using the pull all models at once method and they changed it from allowing 1000+ or ALL models to only allowing 1000 models and it is randomized so you cannot paginate through the results. Pretty lame!

On the alternate API you are using. Which has something to do with 'bearer'...

But that one is missing a ton of information about the models.

They made it non-randomized though now, so the old was can be used with 'offset=$n'
