Fly to the country... bring a camera, go into the Red Light District but don't film anyone who doesn't want to be filmed.

For those asking, no I don't bait and switch. I do genuinely use tinder to go on dates and such. I do actually take girls out with tinder. Just pay the booking and be safe(r) in america. At least your model release is somewhat valid in america.
