Just Launched new site....need opinions
 

Hey everyone.

I just launched a new site that people can sign up for free to access free pictures and videos. I baught some traffic and so far the traffic is being dilivered but hardly anyone is signing up. If I cant get people to sign up to a free site then something is wrong. Please give me any opinions, Suggestions, Advice, on how to make it better so more people sign up. Thanks!

1) Try with bougth content, free content sux

2) Try making the word FREE stand out more, it aint suggestive enough, i figured u bought exit traffic, if thats right surfer has to see big red words "TOTALY FREE" flashing in front of him before he manages to hit alt+f4

It is baught content. I purchased like 3,000 photos and 200 videos. I dunno where you got free from?

Sowy man, I saw that one girl one of the content providers is offering for free, so i figured its all like that.. my bad...

And now that you mentioned the quantity of the content, advertise that too more agressivly, hit me up on ICQ if u want ill drop ya a few suggestions or something...

I'd explain a lot more about what it is you get on the join page.....make a bigger deal of it - it's not clear enough on the 1st page imho

nice, is signed up and checked it out, only thing i didn't like were how HUGE the photos opened up as. unless you have like a 21 inch monitor or larger that size is too big in my opinion, you should leave them all at half

Ya good idea....maybe a little bit of a tour before the Join page?

I would also fix the images on the tour...you have them as .gif's - that makes the images look real shitty....I'd switch them to .jpg's

I thought this design would be better than a TGP because at least since im giving away free porn im getting a members database, and they actually have to sign up for the free stuff.
I think that the word "Free" has been overused so much that the surfers think im tricking them. So somehow i'll have to prove that its actually free.

mmm... before anything I say, I want to make it clear that I don't know the designer nor I have something against her/him.

Now

you purchased exit traffic. then you have a very unappealing page with pastel colors, ultralow quality pics (make'em jpg, please!), an un-clickable join button, the girls are repeated (surfer will think that you don't have enough content to show at least 11 different pics), everything is blurry, you gotta make an effort to see the "sales pitch" text, which, btw, is nothing spectacular, and on top of that (by now you've just a lousy FPA), you simply want surfers to sign. Even if it is free, you gotta show the surfer SOMETHING to make him sign. Sorry to sound too harsh, just trying to point you in the right address, otherwise, you're wasting your money (and, btw, this could be a lot less expensive, you know what I mean :winkwink: )

3 where is the face? hidden in the background? I know sometimes content is crap, but the very least you must do in a front page is to try to fix it a little

and everything in 1 GIF IMAGE! Tell the designer about the slice feature of Photoshop, it works wonders!

finally, it's not good to lie, whoever who's been surfing for at least 2 months knows that content not only isn't exclusive, but it's widely spread over the net. Try to focus on how hot is your content, how much you have, that you've some never seen before content, shit like that, after all, I guess you're looking for the mails, so once they sign, what do you care. But in the meanwhile, if you say exclusive over pics seen one million times... :(
