GFY Breakfast thread
On a scale of 1-10, how much do you enjoy breakfast?
Personally, I fuckin' love breakfast! What do you normally eat? Lately I've been meeting two types of people: The fruit-and-oatmeal-and-a-morning-jog types OR A can of monster energy/Tim's coffee and darts for breakfast types! https://i.ibb.co/mttHvpr/breakfast1.jpg https://i.ibb.co/BBRMz1b/breakfast2.jpg Breakfast... hell yeah! |
I don't eat breakfast.
Tell me about your duct tape knife handle. |
I'm a degenerate that eats Dunkin basically every morning.

Wendy's serves breakfast now here in Canada, and it was SO much better than Tim Horton's. I'll have to get photos of Wendy's breakfast, it was pretty good! The last time I had a Tim Horton's farmer wrap before a moving job, I had to use the customer's restroom and destroy their toilet for like 30 minutes after a few hours of work. Tim Horton's quality is SOOOO bad now. Still got a tip on that job though. |

Intermittent faster, Usually have the first meal of the day around 2pm. Often still do breakfast foods at home, either yogurt with granola and hard boiled eggs, or a hash with fried eggs.
We have chickens so we eat a lot of eggs lol. |
6 eggs every morning. Sunny side up with toast once a week. Love brekkie
|
I make myself a 2 egg breakfast burrito with pork sausage, cheese, salsa, hot sauce, and a sprinkle of salt.
|
3-4 eggs, cheesy toast, coffee, then a protein drink before exercise.
|
Yogurt and blueberries with chocolate. Every morning.
|
French style, black coffee and two croissants.

I've never liked breakfast, even as a kid. Lunch is my first meal every day.

Best breakfast I think I ever had was croissants, coffee, pastries, "egg shots with cheese" and open bar pomegranate juice. If I remember correctly, it was the morning of the "wines of B.C." trade show back in like 2012... amazing spread... they even had a giant ham and chef, minutes-fresh english muffins too! |

My breakfast is usually an Americano with homemade expresso, and a banana. For some reason I like the way bananas and coffee taste together.
|
Breakfast in Europe sucks...
The Dutch eat bread with chocolate sprinkles. The McDonalds here dont even serve breakfast. The Italians have a cornetto with creme or Nutella. I would love to have an good ol' American breakfast place here. |

Nothing beats a good old English breakfast imo
|
At least 4 oz of protein, typically a fish with good oils like salmon, arctic char, branzino, yellowtail. A ton of varying organic veggies, typically some mix of a couple options including broccoli, Brussels sprouts, parsnip, sweet potato, butternut squash, honeynut squash, yellow squash, zucchini. Sometimes cold brew or espresso with a rotation of plant milks, including gluten-free oat, soy, almond.
