.ape file??? how do i use this?

ok, so i downloaded the new live zeppelin cd in rar form, i figured they were just mp3s inside, well i was wrong, it was one huge file per disc. an.ape file and .cue file, i assume this is for burning to cds but how to i do that? any help would be appreciated.
