AdultfriendFinder Banners? FFN Backend?
All their geo banners (custom thumbnails, other content that is served by them) are no longer showing up on my pages. Also, when I login and lick on 'banners', I am directed to a page that is titled, "CASH.FFN.COM' and there are no banners there. Instead they are asking me to login again and if I try nothing happens.
Anyone else seeing this? |
Rip aff.

It's the end. A lot of large accounts have been killed lately. They shut off my cobrands earlier this week, then they turned them back on and shut them off again today. How nice of them to dump MY fucking traffic to their front page without a ref code. Not even a courtesy note was sent.
I'm getting messages from some other top guys that the same happened to them, it's not just an isolated case. Will be interesting to see if we get paid for this period or not. Sure seems like malicious intent. They pull this bullshit on a weekend and dont even notify anyone. Good thing I'm diversified and this isn't my main source of income, but I'd imagine a lot of other affiliates depend on this for paying their bills. Way to go, AdultFriendFinder :thumbsup I'm done with you guys. |
Yes, my cobrands redirect directly to the main site without a ref code.

Really is an end of an era - Probably had more money from AFF than any other site...

Maybe can be a technical issue?
|
I just talked to 2 other affiliates with cobrands, same thing happened.
This is not a technical issue. Oh well, redirecting the cobrands now. These were the last 2 websites I had left in the adult business. |
FFN has killed all affiliate cobrand without notice. So yeah, check your links.
|
I can only see this message when I logged in:
Effective December 31, 2024, our affiliate program will no longer operate in your country. We have valued the opportunity to work with you and provide a platform to support your promotional efforts. We are committed to ensuring a smooth transition during this time. Anyone has the same issue? I have been an affiliate of them since 2000. Luckily, I don't live on commissions from them recently years. |
I can login, but cobrands gone.
Adultfriendfinder cobrand and cams.com cobrand are gone. Redirecting to AFf and Cams. |
Why would they do this?
That´s super shady not informing all their partners... Were they no longer profitable? Probably a lot having a solid amount of active subscribers. |

Overall I'm thankful for the long time of payments, but this ending is not so cool, blatantly stole the rebills, was still sending a little traffic, and got new signups. Payments were on time forever, just now the final payment is not on time, maybe I still get it. Support emails got not answered since this Dec. 27 incident, terms have been changed accordingly, and they are free to pay, or not. A good time came to an end, lucky I don't rely on them this much anymore. Still, sad, trusted them 100%. |
Insert Courtney here, maybe she can explain
|
Talked to my rep, whitelabels are indeed redirecting to adultfriendfinder.com/?p={yourpid} and setting the affiliate pid before redirecting to an internal tour. I am making free signups and paid sales today and it tracked a test registration I just did typing in one of my xmatch.com whitelabel domains.

What about the active users spending on the cobrands? Pretty shady of their part. At least we can redirect all the traffic to other sponsor.

In the cams program redirect yourcobrand.com to cams.com/?originalOrigin=yourcobrand.com

The cobrands have very little SEO value due to the canonical tags, so I send most of the traffic from other sources. I have some whales in the cams cobrands, as well as the time needed to rebuild the domains and redirect them to other sponsors, pretty shady; don't let know about this change in advance and the total loss of trust in their affiliate program. :321GFY

Yes. can you tell us more about the situation? Why the changes, what exactly was changed, what is the future of the affiliate program, why no more tools or landing pages etc... |
Interesting thread, I've been playing around with AFF (through CrakRevenue, not direct). Hopefully a solution that suits everyone can be found
|
drastic changes that cause affiliates to not get commission for their sales that were rolled out hastily to a point that you "were not able to send a systemwide notification beforehand" is frankly not a good look for the stability and longevity of FFN.

Just wow...
How they will earn back the trust of affiliates now? :error |

Cobrands still track, landing pages that redirect still track. If you have a cobrand that you really want whitelisted please let me know. If the traffic is going to the cover you will not see the pid/gpid in the URL, but it still tracks. We are working on getting new landing pages update with the current footer and TOU before pushing them back out. Not happy or proud to have to be following up to a thread like this. Right now all we can do is figure it out. |
|
came here to post a thread about checking your AFF links, noticed them all not working + a buncha the old niche landing pages and sites were deleted. A heads up woulda been nice, good luck getting it all figured out AFF crew...
Prolly lotsa scrambling going on with lots of adult programs with the new verification laws + a big date with the supreme court on the agenda soon :2 cents: |
The links do still track. If you would like me to test any specific ones I'm more then happy to.
Any page that is getting redirected to the AFF cover will still track even though you do not see the Pid/gpid in the URL. Again I'm happy to test your links for you if you would like. We would have given you notice if we received it ourselves. As for the landing pages, yes the majority of them are being redirected. Again they will still track. We are working on updating a number of landers to include the current footer and TOU. Once these are ready they will be pushed live. Going forward the landing pages will all be PG. |
It’s brutal out there for dating affiliates. Similar circumstances happened to WLD last year. If anyone is in need of a home for their dating brands Hubpeople.ai can help and offer stability and trust as well as great returns on traffic to all affiliates. Contact me if you would like a chat.
