In the southern hemisphere we use 50+ sunblock
You can always spot the tourist or the mentally challenged cos they're using a tropical Hawaiian block or none at all.
That image and many like it can be seen daily on Sydney's tourist beaches.
1/4 of the Adults I know here have had a melanoma removed which is basically cutting out a chunk a flesh 1 inch circle wide around it however big it maybe a simple mole, and they remove a golfball sized scoop from you... but you get to live!
