Model Release/Consent form for Clips4Sale
 

I've just re-opened a few stores I have at Clips4Sale and am already running into some problems with all the ID and verification they now require.

The model release I have for a model has been rejected by Clips4Sale. Does anyone here have a Clips4Sale store? If you do, what kind of model release/consent form do you use that is acceptable by Clips4Sale? I'm based in the UK. What details and information do you have on your form?

What did they say was inadequate with your current release?

were you trying to upload the owner/performer consent form? that can't be used as a performer release for others

my releases got approved, I just used the following. I used adobe so the signature is 'marked' or whatever the word is

I will be consulted about use of the photographs or video recording for any other purpose other than those listed above.

There is no time limit on the validity of this release nor is there any geographic limitation on where these materials may be distributed.

I think with my current release it doesn't say that the performer gives their consent for depiction, public distribution, and content download. That's what Clips4Sale say. I just say that it gives me full copyright of the videos. I suppose I could just add that information and resubmit it. If it's not approved they'll let me know why. So I should be OK.

Thanks for letting me know this. It was a model release for the model that I submitted.
My model releases have always been quite basic. Just giving me full copyright of the videos without going into any detail.

On the support ticket Clips4Sale said that on my model release it needs to say that the performer gives consent for depiction, public distribution, and content download. So I'll add that to my model release and resubmit it. They haven't mentioned about giving the address of the performer so I won't add that. I've never asked a model to write her full address on the model release. Hopefully Clips4Sale will then accept that. If it's still not acceptable they will let me know what else they want me to add to it. It's a bit of a pain going through all this and also identifying myself but once it's done it's done.

I uploaded a clip with me feeling the model's boobs. I was behind the model so you could only see my hands and you could never see my face. Clips4Sale said that I would need to submit an owner/performer consent form for myself! Luckily they just sent me a link to an online form that I only had to fill a few details in so that was easy.

I have one clip where my cat wanders in and then walks straight out. No doubt Clips4Sale will spot that when I upload it and will demand a model release for the cat as well!

Blur / Edit out the cat - C4S will not take kindly to any living animal appearing in a scene - Regardless of if its accidental inclusion or not. :2 cents:

Really? That's baffling. Why would they be worried about a cat in the background of a video for 2 seconds! I hate all this compliance shit.

eh, it's credit card co compliance stuff. on mainstream cam sites pets aren't allowed in view either. on skype I totally haven't showed off my cats over the years where no one sees that but me and the clients :winkwink:

anyone remember that cool Gray Guy site? lucky lil one was in tons of pics with nekkid ladies, good harmless fun. difference was the site owner wasn't monetizing it

but yeah, like CS wrote just edit and reupload those clips. probs will never be an issue but save a potential hassle down the road

let´s not forget, this isn´t C4S, it´s compliance to the billing, rules & regs.

anyway, the cat, yeah, just blur out...

regarding the ID, we always take photo copy of photo ID, passport, driving licence etc. A photo copy of the consent, as long as it says the model gives said producer all rights to use & make money from all images & content taken on this day, then signed with ID number on it, then should be good...

also, a photo of the model holding ID & consent & one of just ID & one of them holding just the consent, this way you have all 3 images of ID, consent & face of model...

you should be good to go with new consent legalities :thumbsup

Yes, it IS ridiculous but as others have said, its not C4S, but the credit card compliance. Infact, unless you HAVE to have the clip for sale, dont even upload it!

Reasoning is that if you get a report of 'Animal Present in the scene' you will find all of your clips disabled while C4S do a 'check' on all of your content, which could take quite some time.

Again, ridiculous, but unfortunately the world of compliance we live in.

For example, in one of my clips, I had a scenario where the 'Wife' came into the lounge where the 'Husband' was, all dressed up in her finest clothing & makeup and said - OK! I'm finally ready to go to the party! The husband replied that he had had a drink, so wouldn't be safe for him to drive - Cue them both having there own 'party' on the sofa instead...

Fairly innocuse porno storyline, I'm sure you would agree, but despite not showing any alcohol, either in a bottle, nor being consumed, because he said he couldn't drive, it was flagged as 'Drunken Activity' - & it had to be taken down...

For the record both performers were 100% sober, and as it was first scene of the day, it was only about 11 o'clock in the morning!

Thanks. I'll have to blur the cat out. I've just been watching Chaturbate and there was a naked young woman on the bed with her cat asleep behind her. I was just about to leave but then the cat woke up and started to clean itself. I was more interested in the cat than the naked woman! I must be a bit strange because the cat was beginning to turn me on.
It was stunning with lovely big blue eyes.

Thanks for letting me know that. I'll avoid uploading any videos with cats in them. How bizarre that you can't have any clips where someone is pretending to be drunk.
And I assume you can't have clips with the models pretending to sleep. Crazy compliance rules. Clips4Sale has a lot of rough bondage clips that I think basically depict
or encourage rape but they are allowed. I've just seen one clip where a man in a gimp mask breaks into a woman's house and ties her up and puts her in the boot of his
car! So many bondage videos where the girl is gagged whilst being sexually assaulted. Obviously it's only acting but surely that's so much worse. And also it's depicting something
that is illegal. A married couple having consensual sex whilst a little drunk (in your clip that was banned) is obviously not illegal. And a cat wandering into the kitchen for two seconds (in my clip that was banned) whilst a model is ironing (topless) is certainly not illegal! Crazy stuff. The credit card companies are making moral judgements because non of the stuff they are banning is illegal.
