I am about to turn in. In the morning my first meal will be a protein shake. At noon I will do eggs with diced up chicken.

Two fried eggs with green salad and three small cheese sausages plus an apple turnover for dessert.

chilli con carne

Just had some fried boneless chicken tights with friend eggs, some kind of a altered big-mac sauce (mayo, mustard, spices, sour cream, pickles) and some fried peppers with garlic ;)

Lunch today was some couscous, tuna and chickpea salad with chillies :)

Dinner this evening will be gnocchi with spinach, sweetcorn and arugula in a chili crema sauce.
