well, according to russian criminal code that is(this part didn’t fit in the title). those stupid rules haven’t changed much since the soviet union era.

a friend of mine who is serving 6 years in a tbilisi prison got sent to what they call a ‘chicken house’ because he mentioned that in a conversation. what they do is they beat the shit out of you(not in every case, depends on who you are), throw away all your belongings, and send you to a place where all the rapists and child molesters stay.
