New to adult industry, started with interesting product

Hello everyone,

I’m relatively new to the adult industry, but I’ve been in the online business since 2008.

I recently launched my new legit project in the adult industry JuicySearch.com —an advanced OnlyFans search engine.

Back in 2021, I had decent success in the OF niche, building a spam network of SEO-driven OF sites that pulled in over 15 million users monthly. But, of course, Google eventually killed it. It was easy money while it lasted.

I’ve always wanted to get back into the OF niche, and now, with the help of AI, I was finally able to build (what I’d say is) the best OnlyFans search engine available.

Since I’m still new to this niche, I’d love to hear your thoughts on my project. What do you think? I’ve tested it extensively against similar projects, and JuicySearch consistently delivers the most relevant results. I also compared it to other search tools, and I believe my features—such as advanced filters (for narrowing down results), wishlist functionality, and TikTok-style browsing—make it stand out.

I’m also working on a new image search feature, which will allow users to upload an image of a person and try to find them on OnlyFans. That will be launching soon.

I’m here mainly to gather feedback from industry experts like you and to explore potential ideas and partnerships to promote my project beyond SEO.

Any feedback or collaboration ideas are welcome!

Sounds interesting. How do you monetize?

Monetization is not a problem. There are networks and agencies that offer up to a 40% lifetime revenue share on subscriptions and other products/services that creators sell to their subscribers. However, the main goal is to drive users to the site and generate high traffic. Once that is achieved, I can negotiate with them to switch to a CPC model, which is a much better option.

I already have an ad system in the backend where I can add any creator to appear in specific positions based on a list of keywords, categories, etc.

Huge demand for targeted creator traffic, plenty of agencies willing to pay cpc for it!

Site looking good!

The site reminds me of https://fansswipe.com/

You should start building links to it :2 cents:

Yes, exactly. If I manage to get a lot of niche traffic—which is the whole point—monetization will not be a problem.

The swipe mode is similar, but their search doesn’t work. I didn’t know about this site before, but I’d say it’s not functioning as well as Juicysearch

Yes, links are important, but I’m not pushing SEO too hard at the moment. I want to be as careful as possible with it. The biggest competitors are OnlyFinder, FansMetrics, Hubite, and SubSeeker, but I’ve done an advanced comparison between them and JuicySearch. I can confidently say that my project delivers the most relevant results for many queries I tested.

I'm impressed. Good idea and site layout.

The only question I have is, why would you invest in a project in adult when adult is ever changing and unstable, more so as time goes on.

You have great skills and I'm thinking almost anything in mainstream would be more profitable and stable over the long term.

Also, what about copyright with the pulled images? You know how people are these days, even if you use their images to promote them and make them money, they will still dmca the hell out of you, not to mention the bots that will dmca relentlessly.

But great idea and execution so far.

Glad you’re impressed! That means a lot to me.

I know, I’ve asked myself the same questions many times. Still, I made some decent and easy money in the OF niche a few years ago, and I’ve always kept an eye on the industry. It seems like the OF trend has continued to grow since COVID.

But yes, DMCA will potentially kill the website on Google—that’s for sure. I’ve dealt with it before. Still, I really like the idea and execution that my team and I put into JuicySearch. I think we’ve built a high-quality product that users will actually use. And based on the data I already have, they really enjoy it.

But we’ll see what happens.

Currently, I’m buying traffic on Google Ads, and it’s working very well. I’ll also be launching media buying from adult networks soon—setup is in progress. Organic traffic is also a goal, from SEO to social media.

I own a small tech agency, and this is my own project. We built it internally from scratch.

good to hear google ads does work...

you could also add a partner page & offer trade links, you could be seen on link sites & many other niche sites to drive traffic looking for ("the best" onlyfans content) or "the best" Onlyfans models or girls... you get the point. Making your site, for people that want "the best" of onlyfans. maybe "onlyfans best buys" on links would make people click :thumbsup

How do you make money with this?
From what I see its just a scraped list of OF models, link to OF and their profile photos.
The tab "Near You" is typical geo IP trick. Shows same Colombian models in Oregon.

Confused.

I know, but many are already doing the same, and I don’t want to push SEO too much right now. I’ll wait for it and focus on product quality first to see if it happens naturally. However, I already have a unique angle and concept that allows me to produce high-quality content. It will take some time, but it will be a win-win. There is demand, and no one else is doing it right now. Plus, it’s related to my new face recognition tool on JuicySearch (still in development). We are already testing it, and it’s delivering perfect matches.

Currently, I am not making money yet—I’m still investing in traffic. However, I’ve already sent some subscribers to models and generated some revenue, but there’s still a lot of work to do. Money is not a problem as long as I get users to the website and they start using it.

Location is tricky because most creators don’t share it, so there aren’t many profiles available with this data. However, from scraping, we were able to match profiles with a location where available. Additionally, if they mention anything relevant to their location in posts or descriptions, our LLM identifies it and matches the country.

Yep, currently I have OT models. Crack wants to build a lot of traffic first before getting their models. However, once I generate traffic, I probably won’t use them because it will be much easier to work directly with agencies on a CPC fixed-fee model or a better % revenue share model.

This is not user behavior and not how you make money pushing individual models. The more search parameters and filters you can provide that let the user accurately drill down and find their ideal model, the better.

This would be a money feature :thumbsup Either "find out if someone you know is on OF", or even just finding a close lookalike to your crush.

Lists are making money, as I know, but most lists in other promotions consist only of paid listings, and that’s it. However, I want to focus on the user first, providing them with the best possible experience, and then monetize while keeping monetization as non-intrusive and relevant as possible. Basically, I already have an ad system in place where I can actually choose which profile appears in what position for which broad keywords.

As for image search, it works really well, but it’s costly, so I’ll probably limit the number of free searches per day. I’m also considering putting it behind a paywall for additional monetization. While testing our system under development, I came up with a great idea and angle that no one is currently using in the OF niche, and I think it could be huge. We’ll see. That’s why this feature will be postponed on the website for now.

I suggested trade links with the text as I mentioned in the above, nothing to do with pushing individual models...

onlyfans best buys, best onlyfans models, hottest onlyfans etc etc... this would be good for clickable trade links on other sites, especially top sites.

for gaining quality traffic :2 cents:

problem with natural search, you´re looking at traffic searching for onlyfans models and subscribers. So you´ll be wanting people looking for this and then your sales come through otherwise you´ll end up wanting to change your whole site to something else.

You want traffic looking for porn, looking for creators & searching for a girl that wants to commit to the fan, the onlyfans model...

so get some traffic and trade using keywords and text that sends that traffic to your site, 1 hit with one sale every hour is better than 500 hits and no sales :thumbsup

I get that, but they way its set up is through campaign and has to be calculated manually by models. I wouldn't want to invest in traffic and then get run arounds by the owners of OF account. Imagine having 2000 models all with individual excuses?

Your project sounds impressive, especially with the AI-powered features like advanced filters and image search. Best of luck, and I’m sure it’ll stand out in the industry!

I totally understand where you're coming from. I’ve got a project too called "The Green Tanners," where I offer genuine leather products for the BDSM community at a discount. But I’m facing the same issue with Google not ranking me properly, which makes it tough to connect with the right audience.

As for the BDSM community, I know it’s a really passionate group that values trust, consent, and high-quality gear. I think with the right approach, there’s a lot of potential to offer what people are really looking for.

What do you know about the BDSM community?

Yep! With our newly developed image-search tool, you can accurately find a specific person in our database just by uploading another image of them. The face recognition algorithm is highly precise, but it also returns many closely matched lookalike profiles. :)

Currently, my goal is just to grow traffic. I have some free money that I am ready to invest before starting making money. Once we have sufficient traffic, we’ll consider monetization. We’ve already developed some interesting strategies for this, including selling ads directly or through revenue share deals.

Last week, we launched a new feature on JuicySearch – search OnlyFans by image: juicysearch.com/image/
Would really appreciate any feedback! So far, users seem to like it and are already using it. We’ve even gained a few paid customers in the last 3 days.

By the way, does anyone know a payment processor that accepts adult content? I’d like to integrate one into the platform. Right now, I’m handling payments manually through crypto, but I think credit card support would work much better.

Currently offering 2 free searches per user daily. If someone wants more, they’ll need to buy credits.
