Who would have ever even imaging being able to freeze light? The tech we’re going to be able to achieve with this is mind blowing.

I am more interested in being alive at the same time as David Bowie.

basically, if you could freeze light, then time and light become just a matter, so you could logically walk at a normal pace and still be faster than time and light, therefore travelling to other planets & through space could be effortless.

You're confusing or combining the measuring tool with the thing being measured. In your instance, light is just a measurement tool for speed. Freezing "a piece" of light doesn’t mean breaking the speed limit of the universe, just like snapping a ruler doesn’t make stuff shorter 🤣
