Saturday Night Coding
 

Back in 2014-2015, I was working on a similar "everything app" to what I'm doing now, and I had like 3 people coding it with me and an employee in Vancouver putting it together. After months of meetings, coding, and prototypes, I had spent so much money and time and the app was janky as fuck and barely worked, and to make any changes or fixes took weeks. Then the coder I had in Russia went on a vodka bender and got arrested and I didn't hear from him until like fucking 2017 and he apologized and offered to send me like $5 in rubles to say sorry.

Now, with Cursor and Claude 3.7, I spent $20 on a membership and have been learning how to use the Agent and I'm getting each feature I want done in like an hour instead of a week! Fuuuuuuck I'm going to be rich again, just need to keep at it and not chug vodka or smoke giant joints or get PTSD COVID-flashbacks that make me lose my mind and fly into a fit of rage.

You can't get rich, at least, I can't, when I get triggered by some COVID memory shit and then I stop caring at all about making money or getting rich again. When I have flashbacks to COVID, my brain just goes into "FUCK OFF" mode and I just want to lip people off, get drunk, and be aggressively angry. Impossible to get rich again if you want to just smash everything around you.

Learning how to work around some issues I find in coding with the AI still, but I'm getting there. I know I will be rich again at some point! Are there any communities where Cursor Coders hang out and chat? There have to be thousands of fucking brokies and nerds coding some bullshit right now in hopes of not being poor as fuck in 2025...
