How to comply with VAT/Sales Taxes Rules
 

I'm interested in approaches on how to comply with VAT/Sales Taxes rules for online transactions for either EU or US registered companies for both:

• Content Sales

• Creator Payments

Websites and companies mostly seem to be a little opaque about this and I'm not sure an accountant would provide a definitive answer.
