SunnyDollars takes legal action against "easyfun"
 

Dear GFY,

As some of you may know a person using username "easyfun"
says lots of lies about us these days on GFY.

When the occasion presents itself, we would like to state as follows:

"Since few weeks a man using username "easyfun" or "dyker" blackens us and our company on GFY and other main messageboards. We hereby state that it is all rotten pack of lies and it strikes a good name of our company. We will not allow anyone to accuse or attack us and our company this way. Everything would be cool, because we are not affraid to stand in fire of criticsm. But we feel this guy broke all limits, that is why we will be taking a legal action against him. Hopefully this will prevent other people from blackening and false accusing people without even single proof and reason. Hopefully this will result that each "easyfun" will think twice before he starts lying,
telling unbelievable fantasies and blaming us for something we did not make!

For your information - this person was trying the same on other boards and all his posts have been removed,
because of its offensive and false nature!

This is end of story. But if you feel you have to ask about anything regarding to this matter,

Sorry, we cannot answer this question today because we just found out about this. All we can say there was no "Grabowski" in our company and we had never purchased any spots on hun.
But be sure we reseach this matter from now and try to explain what it is all about.

But, then, you told the Polish police, that I had given you the username/password to my stats page and asked you to go and cancel out some of my recurring members...

I know the CEO of a small online auction company who successfuly sued a few disgruntled sellers who were spreading all kinds of rumors about them.

One of the biggest online auction services/chat board basically the GFY equivalent http://www.auctionwatch.com will not even allow any discussions of this company anymore because of legal action against them.

It's nothing new, companies have even successfully sued BBS owners into turning over information about "anonymous" users such as IP's, registration info etc.

I am not saying anything about their programme -

I am talking about the people behind it and what they did to me.

As for the whole cancelling recurring members thing... were these members of your own site, or members of their sites referred by you? And why would they have cancelled recurring members? What are the circumstances behind that?

If you were really bringing suit, your attorney would have told you to cease any further public comment on the matter. Nothing like a boldface lie to improve a situation like this.

I think if there are several people who have you banned/blocked from their network, theres a good reason for it.

Yes, it was members from my sites -
They told the Polish Police that I hade given them the password to my stats page!! After they had ripped me off for the smoking site!

The problem for them is that they lied to me from the very statrt and took me for a comple fool -

To save face - They have to keep lying.

If they take me to court, fine by me- -
1) I can use the law to ensure ccbill gives all log files.
I have several webmasters who received letterd from sunnydollars saying that I (Dyker) Was part of sunnydollars and to resign for this new program-
I also have a shit load of other stuff, too -
