I honestly don't think any of these providers understand that what they're offering is mostly un-usable. It's from the early 2000's, inauthentic, and oversaturated.

If not:
- the content in the stores wasn't originally intended for PSO, they just happend to buy it
- to produce constantly fresh content would require to sell each profile at least 10 times as non-exclusive - but here we go again with the saturation. Not to mention that there are no guaranteed 10 buyers for each set.
