Junior Social Media Manager Adult
 

We’re looking for a Junior Social Media Manager with hands-on experience to plan and execute our social media presence across all relevant platforms. This role combines strategy and execution, with a strong focus on content, visuals, partnerships, and community growth all aimed at building a large, engaged following for the brand.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and manage monthly & weekly content calendars
Create and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories, short-form video)
Write captions and oversee visual direction aligned with brand identity
Manage day-to-day activity across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
Engage with followers, comments, and DMs to build community
Identify and manage influencer & brand partnerships
Execute campaigns, launches, and growth activations
Track performance metrics and optimize content accordingly

Requirements

1–3 years of hands-on social media management experience
Proven ability to grow followers and engagement
Strong copywriting and content creation skills
Basic design/video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe, etc.)
Understanding of social media trends, tools, and analytics
Experience working in/with adult industry brands
Bonus if you know the US market (audience, culture, trends, time zones)

Dont understand how you can call this a JUNIOR position and ask for all that experience?? Do you mean you dont want to pay much? YOU will get everyone and his dog telling you they are SMM. Most of them are not. I have been doing SMM fulltime since 2009. Let me know if you want to talk.

Thx for the bump, it is a junior position and we have plenty of people that do the socials for Cam studios and Creator agencies that match the salary and skillz. Maybe these generation learns faster than us :winkwink: The job is for a European company and there the money is in general a bit lower than in the US even when the money was no were mentioned.

Fair comment! Thanks for the reply. I have some time available, but not enough to do this job to its full potential. You seem like a good group of people. If you have any other social media projects, please think of me. I work/worked with a lot of people in the adult industry since 2009.

We get more roles in nearly on a daily base, but social media jobs are rare as openings that are handled by us. Many companies have some "friend" that does it so they try this first before searching for pros. Here is the link to our job board and our job channel.
