You'll start at a 5% commission working with models grossing $200k+ per month, meaning you'll earn around $3k monthly to start. Of course, this depends on you since the job is commission-based. The goal is to push these numbers higher, and the right applicant can and will reach $6-7k+ per month at that same 5% rate. Top performers will earn above 5%, and when your commission increases, so do your earnings. S tier performers can earn up to $15k monthly on a single model. Simply put, the sky is the limit. Your earnings are directly tied to your ability and effort. The more value you provide, the more you receive. Excel with one model and meet our criteria, and you'll be given another, potentially doubling your income.
