● Communicate with key partners and clients, gather insights and feedback.

● Launch new features and optimize existing ones.

Responsibilities
● Define and drive the product strategy: from research to feature launches.

● Analyze user behavior, build CJMs, and identify growth opportunities.

● Generate and prioritize hypotheses (A/B tests, funnel optimization).

● Manage the product backlog and work closely with engineering, design, and analytics.

● Create clear requirements, UX flows, and functional specifications.

● Measure results: conversions, LTV, retention, ARPU, and other key metrics.

Requirements
● 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager (platforms, fintech, SaaS — strong advantage).

● Strong understanding of product metrics, growth frameworks, and data-driven decision-making.

● Experience with analytics tools (GA4, Amplitude, AppMetrix or similar).
Ability to work with UX/UI and create clear requirements for developers.

Experience in the adult space (especially with creator experience)
● Russian + English — Upper-Intermediate or higher.
