I've gotten about a 20% overall confirm rate; fantasyman said in a thread of mine that the average is around 30% and most days I did that. I had a few days where I didn't promote CE for the whole day, etc, as I found them as a good replacement for a non-performing sponsor.

A 30% confirm rate seems very realistic and I expect to see that overall in the future if things continue to trend the way they are trending.
