I wonder what the penalty is for child abuse?
 

I am going to wring my daughter's neck. I spent 6 hours cleaning her room yesterday from top to bottom. Washing clothes that were shoved under the bed and in the bottom of the closet because I had no idea what was dirty or clean, cleaning out her dresser and desk of papers and junk she had accumulated over the last several months, organizing and locating all the candy wrappers that were in various spots in her room including the rice krispie treat wrapper that was between her mattress and box springs. I think it would be worth a small fine for locking her in a dark closet for a day or two with only bread and water. I just went in to turn her lamp off and she has thoroughly trashed the damn room. There are blo pens and paper all over the friggin floor. Someone needs an ass whuppin :feels-hot

of course time before last I whipped her butt she threatened to call the cops on me because I spanked her. Little shit thinks she knows everything. So the last time I handed her the phone with the cops number programmed on redial and made her stand with her hands against the wall and butt sticking out while I paddled her exactly twice. It took me 45 minutes to get her to put her hands on the damn wall. I can't physically hold her because she's almost as big as me. What's a mom to do. :helpme

I was that sort of brat for a while until my grandmother simply changed the locks on the door while I was at school. I got home, couldn't unlock the doors, so I pounded on them and when she answered, I demanded to know wtf. She told me that if I would behave and so on that she'd let me in, but if I wanted to continue being the little shit that I was that she'd not bother with me and would have me arrested and thrown in jail for being a vagrant and trespassing.

I didn't believe her, so she did it and FOLLOWED THROUGH. No empty threats or idle crap, your daughter thinks she can run over you because she's been given reason to believe it somewhere down the line. After a week in jail, I came to the realization that Mema MEANT what she said.

Where does your daughter get the money to buy clothes, candie, watch TV, etc.

Take out all but the bare essentials and tell her it's bread and water, no TV, no clothes, no candy, no nothing until she learns to behave.

And follow through with it. If she steals anything call in the police.
