what's the best tgp script w. thumbnailed and text links? [spam if you like]
 

I'm looking for a script to run my existing tgp site.

· I want thumbnail links and text links
· prefer links sorted into categories
· flexible set-up
· decent gallery checker
· easy to manage blacklist
· decent cheat protection

The last position sort of puts AGP out of the competion. It looks like I have to replace my current script due to lack (or shall I say: NO) support...

Please tell me some of your experiences re.
· ease of set-up
· demand on server resources
· ease of review and webmaster management
· flexibility of page templates, etc.

I'm not sure what you're saying about putting AGP out of the competition. I use Autogallery SQL for all of my TGP's and it does everything you want it to do and more. I've never used the pro version but i've heard that sql is actually a better and easier script than pro. If you have any questions you can icq me 59075257. Incidentally i've been using this script for about two years and have always gotten great cust. support when I needed it and also was able to transfer the license to a different domain when the need arose.

Does AGP let you schedule galleries for posting at a later date ?

And if it actually CAN make STATIC pages...
I know that it offers the option of live-updates for trusted submitters, but I don't like the idea too much myself, and fear it's hard on server if the page is created from database everytime.

The ones I can think of out of my head are http://www.thumbking.net/ and http://www.fuckingteensluts.com/

Looks like it can make static pages, after looking at Thumbking.net

APScripts has a decent looking script too. Not sure about all the features compared yet.
