Is HighImpactSites ( Adam Dickerson? Satan.com? ) legit ?

He was posting at DNForum about purchasing sites, domains, anything.. and I thought about feeling it out for a site of mine. But, I've heard some bad things about making offers, claiming to have sent money or wires that get returned, and nothing ever turning up from a few different people.

Can anyone vouch for him/them ?
