Globill is having some issues
 

I have been using Globill billing services for 2 years now. They just shut me out from posting on there webmaster board. Heres how they run it....If you say anything deregatory the monitor will tell you your full of shit and everything is rosy. If you don't give up they block you from posting and say things like "don't mind him he's a rookie and dont know the business":321GFY

Globill was a first rate billing company at 1 time. Today there no better than the rest, Kooks

what did you post on their board?

I received an email supposedly from globill containing all the details (signing - username pass - dates etc - Exactly like a globbill confirmation of sale.
Only the mail was virused.
They have never once answered my mails regarding this.

I think they are heading in the wrong direction

I said " when are we going to be able to access our stats" All Globill stats were down for 2 days and btw: My signup went down 50% after that to date


and " Where has our $ gone" When the stats pages did come up all my holdbacks, signups and rebills were gone!!!!

Many peolpe left globill and many were banned from the board. I beleive after the $750 visa thing the got in over there head!!

Do you know if that came from Glo-Bill them selves or just a customer send a email back to you with a virus in it?

It certainly did not come from the member - He is a member of one of our single girl sites and writes regularly from a uk address - This came with all the headers of globill - But in the header is a line saying "This is probably not the true path"


I gave everything to globill and they have simply ignored it -


Yes - During the globill 'meltdown' I was several hundred down and moved back to ccbill -
Funny thing is - I am still getting re-bills more now I am not with them, than I did when they were processing many sales a day!

so rebills were down with globill, but sign ups were about the same as you have now with ccbill? there stats don't seem to add up for me lately, i'm not sure whats going on.
