Who's site is that? Tell them to chop up the tour images. I'm on cable and it probably took 3-4 seconds before something came up. Dial-up users will not be happy.

Thumbs aren't so bad with the shadow, I wouldn't do it all the time but once in awhile, it gives variety to your stuff.

These are just simple examples, I'm not gonna do all your text work for you but a JOIN NOW or JOIN Today isn't the best way to go about it. Unless you really sell the site before they get to that link.
