Isn't Hypno Trick just simulated rape?
I'm kindof amazed that I've never heard anyone mention this before, but it seems to me that www.hypnotrick.com is just simulated rape and likely profits off of peoples rape fantasies.
Girl comes in, she gets hypnotized, guy fucks girl when she is hypnotized and semi-coherent. If a psychiatrist did that in real life it would be rape, so how is this any different? |
lil2rich4u2 beats me....

interesting...

It's fantasy? Dude I'm all out of guesses ;) |
I don't think so, no.

I mentioned it before when the Hun wouldn't list it for me. The key word is "simulated", though. It's not real, so who cares? 1/2 of the porn sites out there "simulate" the gross abuse of women. Some glorify tricking them or gagging them or hurting them. If anything, I bet Hypnotrick is less rough on the models than some other sites I can think of.

How is it different that BDSM or torture sites? If you punched a girl on the street you would similiarly get arrested. The key fact here is that the girls concented to doing these sex acts when they were coherent and the rest is acting.

Is simulated child porn illegal? If so, then I would guess that simulated rape would be also... but I'm sure they ran their site by a lawyer and have something in their discalimers to cover their asses.

Guy walks into a bedroom, and lies down on a bed with a really hot women and screws her brains out...
what you don't see is the cameras, lights, camera men.. props.... studio behind them. Uhhm.... isn't every single shoot done on every single website "simulated" ? I mean, there's a real good chance that the two people in front of the camera are just "acting" like they've known each other for a while, ya know? |

The producers are Canadian, the owners are Canadian and Canada has some very specific and VERY strict laws, more so than the US, regarding content. If this wasn't 100% kosher in Canada it wouldn't be up. |

It is totally fake, and let me tell you some of these girls can't act for shit. If you look as some bondage stuff, where the girls are tied up, beat up, spit on, etc., hypnotrick is actually less hardcore. No one beleive it's real, but the fact is that this is a fantasy some guys have, and real or not they enjoy it. We researched the legalities and repercutions of this content intensivly before releasing the site, and there's nothing wrong with it. |
who processes for it?

I can find you many galleries or videos of girls being mistreated (for real). |
Seems to me it's along the same lines as simulated snuff films.
Much porn is simulated scenarios, but there is a big difference between simulating a lonely housewife fucking the plumber and simulating a girl being hypnotized and taken advantage of and fucked. In real life, the first scenario is legal, the second is not. |

I can perfectly understand a moral problem, but if you want to get into legalities, that's another issue. |
Simulated, that's it! No problem

You're sneaky... :thumbsup ...and no, I'm not stalking you. We're in the same threads... :) |
I never said I thought it was illegal, but it is certainly sketchy.

wasn't overly difficult. |

There is no Miller test. There are no community standards. There is a list of what you cannot do. Degrading to women is on the list. This is not degrading to women, nor is it akin to rape. And it's all some (sometimes really bad) acting. |

The fact of the matter is the content if perfectly legal. Some people had moral objections with Bangbus you know... doesn't change the fact that it's legal, funny and it's good content. |

I'm a pornographer just like you, and I profit by selling people videos of other people having sex, but the scenarios that I sell are legal in real life and in video simulations, whereas hypno trick would be rape in real life, although may still be legal to simulate on video. |

Visa sets the standards and anything they haven't seen and approved doesn't get processed, or did you miss the last three months of last year? |

I know you're not raping any of these girls, but it is still sketchy subject matter to be running a business around. |

wait! who actually thinks that its real hypnosis ? does anyone actually think that shit is real?
why dont you look at www.hypnogirls.com to see a real hypnotist |

Obviously, it has a shock value to it, and it's what makes people interested in it, even though they know it is poorly faked. Some people are ok with it, some people are not, and we respect that. You probably think that some bondage sites are borderline too, while some people are ok with it. Bottom line is, it is legal, and people will promote it :) |

For example: There is a huge difference between Playboy and Max Hardcore. It's all porn, but some would obviously find some of it waaay more obscene than others. So while I don't think Hypno Trick is doing anything to help the image of the porn industry, I don't think it will do much to hurt average joe blow pornographer either. |
