Deal with one of Inktomi's founding team
 

A friend of mine who is a broker brought this deal to me this past week. If you like high interest convertible debentures / stock warrant type investments, take a look. Its a $2.5 Mil 12% convertible debenture 1 YR note deal / with quarterly interest and a 35% discount on the conversion stock plus 2 for 1 / 3/4 warrants on the back end. The minimum note position is $25,000.

I spoke with Mark M. Laisure, Vice Chairman of Zeros & Ones, Inc. which is the company making this offering and their current biz plan looks very intriguing. Mark was on the founding team of Inktomi. ZROS is an OTC:BB publicly traded company, now focusing on these technology corporate acquisitions. The stock is rock bottom right now, which you have to consider clearly, but they survived the dot com bust, have restructured, brought in an impressive new management team and its got some nice upside potential with these acquisitions they have planned below.

J.L. Labs: An advanced technology laboratory specializing in embedded systems designs covering various areas such as biometrics, security, medical devices including those for physically challenged individuals, telemedicine, internet appliances, communications, toys and gaming devices, home automation, remote and wireless sensors, process control and automation, robotics, automotive electronics, and other applications.

Neosphere: A company that delivers a broad spectrum of products and services with a focus on IT convergence, Universal data formatting, translation X12, XML-based online solutions, and e-Forms delivery/processing.

SyncPac: A company that delivers integration and management systems for computer and telephone-based applications.

Kinetic Group: A company whose solutions provide state-of-the-art fingerprint recognition, authentication, access and control technology. The company specializes in developing fingerprint identity solutions for Point-of Sales Merchants, Banks, Food Retailers, PC, Automotive and Mobile device manufactures. The company?s intellectual property includes a patent focused on wireless vehicle registration and identification target to law enforcement agencies and state governed department of motor vehicles.

Talk to Mark on the phone and you'll really feel dumb. I'm tech savy and I could barely keep up when he got into talking about the intricate details of how null logic clockless semiconductor technology works.

Do penny stocks actually work? If you had a large volume of a low value stock then a small change of even a penny or two could double your money. It can't be that easy though...

Sure it is with the minor caveat that a small change of even a penny downward can wipe you out.

No, came through a broker friend of mine. I talked to one of the main guys running the company now. They went through the shit like every tech company. But still standing and got some nice acquisitions lined up. Supposed to be some announcements this week to start sparking things on it.

All the tech stocks are still high risk, but high reward is there too. The new management team is really what they have going for them as the core value. Read the resumes in there.

Its only for guys that are looking for high risk deals where you get deeply discounted stock, high interest on your money, plus warrants too. Don't touch it if you're not already set financially though.

Looks like its starting to move.
