Sushi Or No Sushi?
 

ok, ive eaten shushi, 4 nights in a row,

thursday I had sushi at a all you can eat oriental buffet, it sucked but left me wanting more sushi,

friday, I met my GF at the movies and ate shushi from the fast food joint under the movie theater, it was good,

saturday, draget my GF and some friends to a japanese place where they like cook the food in front of you and had soem damm good sushi,

sunday, was driving around with my parents and brother, on our way to a movie and made them stop at a mall, my parents ate pizza hut, while me and my brother had shushi at O'Shushi, some crazy new place open on that street,

now

its monday and my GF is comming over to watching canadien idol and for love or money, adn I told her I want to order shushi and she yelled at me on the phone,

should I go all shushi 5 nights in a row or should I stop while im ahead????

I think it's time for a nice T-Bone steak or filet mignon.

After all.. with the GF coming over, you'll get sushi anyway ;)

nice, and you know for love or money trashy reality shows gets her going too,

but maybe I can have double shushi tonight?

I'm eating it about 4 times a week, for some reason it's all I'm craving:) After I spent some time in japan many years ago I have ate it just about daily.

Wonder if it will cause some kind of cancer down the road:)

Well, if youre sure you want to get out of the "Sushi Groove" go to a place you know will have bad sushi...and from that youll go back to normal.

Sushi is good, but you have to watch out for all the soy and rice youre putting into your system.

60% of my diet these days is sushi

definetly find a good place that has quality stuff

SUSHI man, can't beat it, if I could afford it for 5 nights in a row, I would... :1orglaugh But I could spend $150/night on it..

you can be real sure that I won't be having it tonight.... but maybe again tomorrow.

Once a day, no worries... once you start having it for every meal, then you've got problems...

or you live in Japan.

Nah, sushi isnt bad for you...but its best to go a couple nights eating sashimi instead.

Seriously though, you can have one meal a day and stay satified with sushi. Mmmm...Unagi *drools*

apparently their treehouse resturant has girls where u can eat off them.. but i have yet to verify

well cost me 200$ on friday, night,

but im averaging about 30$ a day now,

not so bad

I will also say that Vegas has one of "the best" fish suppliers. I mean, considering we dont live by the ocean we still get great fresh food. Yummy yum.

Like...unagi is good with everything, especially ones where they mix in some cream cheese.

Tempura battered sushi makes it a different tasting piece, which is pretty cool.

Try the quail egg. Not saying its good, but you have to try it just to know how gross it is, heh

Oh yeah, for anyone in or visiting Vegas, the best place to go when you want to experiment. Its called Waynes Sushi Bar. Wayne is the coolest guy ever. You tell him what you like and he'll fix something good for ya. Im always happy leaving his place, good food.

This thread makes me want to go out to the sushi bar tonite.

Nothing like a bald white gotee guy in the sushi bar with his japanese girlfriend...

Sushi is great for you, IF you can avoid some of the sodium -- the soy sauce and the nori wrap on the rolls are both sodium monsters.

The rice isn't bad for you that I'm aware of, hell 95% of frozen healthy choice and lean cuisine has rice in it...

I have it at least 3 times a week on a slow week and sometimes more than that! I'm really picky about it tho :)

Hamachi is my my favorite.

Went to a club Sat. night that had all you can eat Naked Sushi. Nothing like picking sushi and sashimi off a beautiful naked asian model.

Where I live there's a fast food called "Sushi Factory". I like sushi but it's very expensive here.

There is a place in Vegas called sushi King and its all you can eat for like 25 dollars you get one hour to eat

its awesome stuff too great deal and good good food

Everything else just doesn't compare.

I prefer "tapanyaki" but sushi is good
