The great ICQ spammer conundrum
Has this happened to you yet? You open your ICQ and find a message waiting for you from some unkown idiot that is obviously spamming you. You check your list and see that this person is already on your list somehow. There is a notification flashing, and when you click it you find that it says "Your request to add user to your list has been accepted"..... but, you sent no such request. Why would you ask an idiot retarded spammer for permission to add them to your list?
How the fuck do they do it? Ludmila is one of them, one of the most notorious... but there are many others as well. They somehow fool ICQ into inserting their name into your list no matter how you have your preferences set. Is this a big mystery or am I like the only one who wonders about this shit?
My current solution is to add them to my ignore list, but if there is a way to block these idiots from having their way with me I'm listening.
