He is free to go where he want!

Lange 07-03-2003 02:54 PM

It doesn't look like Fedorov will be a Red Wing either.

PerfectionGirls 07-03-2003 02:55 PM

The Wings are crazy good and putting deals together! They are going for it again this next year.

Lange 07-03-2003 03:10 PM

I hear ya Jeff...We better get to Vegas and put some money down now.

LOL! I'm not sure I would go that far.. Hell they had the second best season in the NHL this year and still got sweeped in the first round. There are so many well balanced, good teams out there these days.

Tell ya what Lange... I will match what you put down. :Graucho

They are a fun team to watch though... The Joe will be rocking again this year!!!!

There went the ducks.

Mr. Jim 07-03-2003 04:11 PM

This just in........

Detroit and Colorado waging war

Word on the street is that Federov wants L.A. or New York

Disney would be wise to make him an offer

Lange 07-03-2003 04:20 PM

Jeff,

Last time I checked Detroit was 4 to 1 to win the Cup....I'm sure with more free agents to come, the odds are going to come down even more.

Mr. Jim 07-03-2003 04:21 PM

Has anyone heard if Hasek is indeed coming back????

4Pics 07-03-2003 04:24 PM

yes Hasek is back... So look for Cujo to be traded to the Rangers.

I would not expect Detroit to let him goto Colorado though.

better fit for cujo at this stage...Detroit is a huge pressure

Lange 07-03-2003 04:31 PM

Cujo for Lindros? I was reading somewhere about this and of course can't find it now...

PerfectionGirls 07-03-2003 04:33 PM

Yeah... Cujo does not have the backbone to play at the level Detroit does. He could not take the presure at all. He is better suited for a team like the Rangers for sure.

Hasek is just a figure head... he will spend alot of time training Legacy and not as much time in goal as he did the last year he played. What a great tool to get Legacy to a higher standard though. It's still a good move bring him back.. even if its just as a mentor roll.

Thrawn$ 07-03-2003 04:43 PM

Lindros is a fagget, he will go where his mom will tell him to go..

man did L.A. make a mistake letting go of Legacy...the Detroit Franchise can see the potential in this guy and you arwe right bringing Hasek back would be great for him. he is solid in the pipes and cool under pressure once he broadens his style

he will be an icon

RIP Roger Neilson.
http://www.nhl.com/onthefly/news/neilson062103.html

I remember when he was coaching the Leafs in the 70s.
He was a hell of a coach, and will be missed.
