Thumb Legal Question?!
Ok its in regards to thumbpreview. If we own the exclusivity on all our own pictures and then a thumbpreview tgp uses our thumb to promote another sponsor is would that be considered an infridgement or would it simply fall under that thumb ruling like google uses.
Its one thing to trade out some of the traffic that the thumb gets but to entirely use it to promote another sponsor seems like a bunch of shit. Whether its the thumbtgp owner or the submitter... bu the way i look at it and a couple others is they are using our thumb picture for profit. Keev 104463163 Whats your take ? |

Here is a fun one.
Your thumb preview TGP is swiping thumbs (they all do). Since it is used for review fine. Yet since nearly every fucking TGP is actually a circle jerk. I see a major fucking problem. Example. TGP 1. Is a real TGP click the preview thumb, user goes to that gallery, webmaster has license for that set, reasonable usage would suggest webmaster can have a TGP use a preview thumb. TGP 2. Is a circle jerk thumb preview TGP. Owner of TGP 2 has a 50% skim in place. User clicks that thumbnail and half make it to the gallery, the other half are skimmed away to a trade. That thumb is now generating the TGP 2 webmaster traffic which equals cash. TGP 1. Kosher in my eyes. TGP 2. Breaking the fucking law and needs to be sued. |
