Opening Moscow cam office.. any advice?
 

Hi.. w/my Russian connections, have decided to expand and open a cam office in Moscow... any Russian webmasters, or whoever might have experience with such a thing care to comment or offer advice? Would be appreciated....

We tried this about a year ago. The "protection" payoffs are a must. If you don't make them you will be out of business. We abandoned the project after it became too expensive.

You will defiantly need protection 24/7, because you will be instantly targeted for extortion.
But if you could arrange something regarding that problem you will have a successful business.
